Mahalekshmi Silks was founded in 2012 by T.K. Vinod Kumar in Tiruvalla, Kerala, starting as a physical showroom before expanding to Kottayam and building a strong ecommerce presence. The brand describes itself simply as “the genuine silk people,” built around authenticity in a category where that’s not always guaranteed.
