So Kamal launched as a retail label in 2012, backed by Kamal Limited, one of Pakistan’s oldest vertically integrated textile mills, running since 1950 in Faisalabad with its own spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing under one roof. That manufacturing depth let So Kamal open its first flagship store in Lahore and expand quickly from there.
